- Accurate declaration of shipment details (dimensions, weight, contents) is required. False declarations will not be entertained.
3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
- Mex Worldwide reserves the right to refuse items prohibited by law, international regulations, or internal policy.
- Prohibited items include:
Hazardous materials, explosives, live animals, alcohol, gambling devices, drugs, counterfeit goods, and any printed content that damages Islamic ideology.
- Some items may be restricted based on destination—please confirm before shipping.
4. Shipping Documentation
- Required documents: Invoices, customer ID/passport/driving license, undertaking, and export permits (if applicable).
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents.
5. Shipping Rates and Payments
- Rates depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
- Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Mex Worldwide reserves the right to adjust rates without notice due to operational costs or tariffs.
6. Delivery Times
- While Mex Worldwide aims for timely delivery, delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen events are not guaranteed.
- Delivery time is estimated and depends on destination and service level.
7. Lost or Missed Parcel Claims
- Claims are processed under the Warsaw Convention only if Mex Worldwide or its contractors are found negligent.
- Force majeure events are not eligible for claims.
- All claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Liability is limited per international conventions or insurance coverage.
8. Liability and Insurance
- Liability is limited to the lower of the shipment’s actual value or maximum legal limits.
- Customers may opt for additional insurance.
- Mex Worldwide is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Customs and Import Regulations
- Customers must ensure shipments comply with origin and destination customs regulations.
- Mex Worldwide is not liable for delays, taxes, or charges due to customs issues.
10. Force Majeure
- Mex Worldwide is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
- Customers will be informed and efforts will be made to minimize impact.
11. Shipment Tracking
- Real-time tracking is available for all shipments.
- Tracking updates depend on system availability and may not be immediate.
12. Customer Service and Support
- 24/7 customer support is available for queries, tracking, and claims.
- Accurate customer information is required for efficient service.
13. Right to Refuse Service
- Mex Worldwide may refuse service if terms are violated or shipment poses safety, regulatory, or security risks.
- Shipments not properly packed or labeled may also be refused.
14. Termination of Agreement
- Services may be terminated if the customer violates terms or account is abusive/defaulted.
- Outstanding payments remain due, and pending shipments must be completed before service is discontinued.
15. Indemnity
- Customers agree to indemnify Mex Worldwide and its team from any loss, claim, or damage due to breach or misuse of services.
16. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved via negotiation or binding arbitration in Mex Worldwide’s operating jurisdiction.
17. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the country where Mex Worldwide is registered.
