1. General Terms

1.1 By using Mex Worldwide services, customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.2 These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is customer’s responsibility to review them regularly on Mex worldwide website.

2. Shipping Agreement

2.1 All shipments are subject to the acceptance and terms set forth by Mex Worldwide.
2.2 Shipment details, including dimensions, weight, and contents, must be accurately declared at the time of booking. Any issues arising due to any miss-declared or false declaration will not be entertained.

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items

3.1 Mex Worldwide reserves the right to refuse the shipment of items that are prohibited by law, international regulations, or our internal policies.
3.2 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, explosives, live animals, Alcohol, gambling devices, drugs, Any printing content damaging the Islamic ideology and counterfeit goods.
3.3 Certain items may be subject to restrictions depending on the destination. Please check with Mex worldwide before shipping.

4. Shipping Documentation

4.1 All shipments must be accompanied by the necessary documentation, including invoices, customer ID card / Passport/Driving License, undertaking, and export permits where applicable.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.

5. Shipping Rates and Payments

5.1 Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the service selected.
5.2 Payment for shipping services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.3 Mex Worldwide reserves the right to adjust rates without prior notice based on changes in tariffs, fuel surcharges, or other operational costs.

6. Delivery Times

6.1 Mex Worldwide will make every effort to deliver shipments on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control, such as weather, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the service chosen and destination.

7. Lost or Missed Parcel Claims

7.1 In the event of a lost or missed parcel, Mex Worldwide will process claims in accordance with the Warsaw Convention only if found negligence by Mex Worldwide or its contractors. Any force majeure events shall not be claimed or compensated hence.
7.2 All claims must be filed within 15 days of the shipment’s estimated delivery date.
7.3 Mex Worldwide’s liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the maximum liability amount set forth by international conventions or shipping insurance.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Mex Worldwide’s liability for loss or damage of shipments is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the maximum liability set forth under applicable laws or conventions.
8.2 Customers may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage for shipments to increase the level of protection.
8.3 Mex Worldwide is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Customs and Import Regulations

9.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipments comply with customs regulations in the origin and destination countries.
9.2 Mex Worldwide is not liable for any delays or charges resulting from customs clearance issues, import duties, taxes, or restrictions.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 Mex Worldwide is not liable for failure to perform or delays in performance of any shipping obligations due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, earth-quakes, or government actions.
10.2 In case of force majeure, we will notify customers as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on shipments.

11. Shipment Tracking

11.1 Mex Worldwide provides end-to-end tracking for all shipments, allowing customers to monitor the status of their parcels in real time.
11.2 Tracking information is subject to system availability and may not always be updated instantaneously.

12. Customer Service and Support

12.1 Mex Worldwide offers customer service support 24/7 to assist with inquiries, shipment tracking, and claim processing.
12.2 Customers must provide accurate information to ensure timely resolution of issues.
13. Right to Refuse Service
13.1 Mex Worldwide reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or shipment that violates these Terms and Conditions or poses a security, safety, or regulatory risk.
13.2 Mex Worldwide also reserves the right to refuse any shipment that is not properly packed or labeled.

14. Termination of Agreement

14.1 Mex Worldwide may terminate or suspend services to a customer at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated, or if the customer’s account is found to be in default or abusive.
14.2 Upon termination, any outstanding payments will remain due, and any pending shipments must be completed before the service is discontinued.

15. Indemnity

15.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Mex Worldwide, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Mex Worldwide operates.

17. Governing Law

17.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  the country in which Mex Worldwide is registered.
